The location was acceptable. It's close to attractions.
I had issues with the air conditioning. It was loud and difficult to regulate. it made it hard to sleep comfortably and the staff did little to fix it. this really soured my stay, especially considering the price i paid.

The premium room offered ample space for my family. The hotel's proximity to the night bazaar proved convenient (made exploring the local culture easy). The Level lounge access elevated the stay, providing breakfast and cocktails in a luxurious environment. Staff attentiveness stood out. They anticipated every need.
The gym was compact. It had limited equipment.

The location is very convenient. It's close to the night bazaar and temples. The hotel provides easy access to hired cabs for transportation. I found exploring nearby attractions easy.

the hotel is gorgeous! all the staff are so kind! i had level access, a wonderful decision. the smaller breakfast area felt special and so relaxing. cocktail hour from 5-7pm was a highlight. the quality was unbelievable with fresh ingredients. unlimited drinks!
The gym was a bit small. I would have liked to see a few more machines.

some issues with the room
direct entrancewindowless room
The location had a direct entrance to the night bazaar. That was convenient.
I had a room without a window. I was quite disappointed by this. usually, it is clearly stated if a room has no window. I didn't find this out until check-in past 4 pm after waiting in the lobby..
